RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

PROCESSING TIME POLICY:

Once we receive ALL of your documents, we will work to get your return done in 72 business hours.

 

NO SHOW POLICY:

Each time a client has an appointment, and misses an appointment without providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, there will be a $20 cancellation fee.

 

INFORMATION NOT PROVIDED FOR COMPLETION OF TAX RETURN:

If we request additional information to complete your tax return, and you fail to provide the information within 30 days, we will discontinue services.

 

AUDIT ASSISTANCE:

If you are audited for a return Maxx Refunds prepare , we'll explain your IRS tax audit notice and the documentation you should provide to the auditor.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We handle all information you provide us with the utmost confidentiality.

Please note pricing is only an ESTIMATE, and each client's situation is not the same. Pricing will not be given until we have all documents, and understand your tax situation.
